- The Promotion is valid from 20th August to 20th October 2023 at all participating retail outlets in the United Arab Emirates.
- The participants must be legal residents or citizens of the United Arab Emirates.
- The participants must be aged 18 years or above.
- Upon request, the participants must present a valid proof of identity, age, and residence/citizenship to International beverage and filling industries, the brand owners of Star.
- International Beverage and Filling Industries reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
- The participants are required to submit personal details like name, phone number, e-mail address, emirates of residence, etc.
- International Beverage and Filling Industries will be collecting necessary personal details for the purpose of this Promotion, and if required, may disclose this information to authorized agencies and/or to regulatory authorities.
- By participating in the promotion, the participants confirm and consent to provide the required details on the registration website.
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prize is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchandising, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- The winners are responsible for arranging the collection or delivery of the Prize.
- International Beverage and Filling Industries shall not be responsible to arrange for or pay for the delivery of any Prize.
- International Beverage and Filling Industries, and participating retail outlets and its branches, subsidiaries, and sister companies shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.
- Bulk buyers or wholesalers are not allowed to participate in this campaign. Twenty (20) or more units of the same item in the same transaction will be considered as bulk.
- Participation details of the digital draw to win Apple Products:
- Scan the QR code
- Enter your details and upload a picture of the proof of purchase (The receipt)
- The receipt should mention the purchase of Star Soda.
- Scratch the coupon on the screen to reveal the prize
- Upon winning, email the prize screenshot and receipt picture to info@stardrinks.com OR call on +971 65324569
- Upon winning the winner will collect the coupon from the brand office
- Confirmation of the outlet will be given while collecting the voucher
- The winner will be then collect the Apple product from the designated outlet within 5 working days
- Only the winners will be contacted regarding their prize. The winners will be directly contacted by the company through e-mail or phone, within 3 calendar days of the reveal, to receive the prize. For prize fulfilment, the winners must respond with their personal details within 10 working days from the first contact. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited.
- The Organisers’ decisions regarding any and all aspects of the promotional offer are final and binding on every person who enters and/or participates in the campaign after obtaining approvals from the relevant authorities in each emirate.
- International Beverage and Filling Industries and all participating retail outlets and its branches (“The Organisers”) reserve the right to cancel this promotional offer or make changes to the terms and conditions from time to time according to their discretion, and without notice to the participants after obtaining the approvals from the competent authorities in each emirate. It is the responsibility of the participating shoppers to review the terms for any changes.
- Al Batha Group Company employees or members of their families, contractors or agents are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- All participating retail outlets and its branches employees, merchandisers, in-store promoters, subsidiaries, or affiliate companies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- The Prize is tax-paid, non-negotiable, non-transferable and will not be substituted for cash or assigned to any other person for any reason whatsoever. The Prize shall be accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and International Beverage and Filling Industries excludes all warranties in connection with the Prize to the extent permitted by law.
- The validity of the voucher is 1st Nov 2023 and the winner must redeem the voucher before the expiry date.
- The Voucher can only be redeemed for assigned Apple products from its exclusive showrooms (details below) as listed.
- The Voucher can be redeemed on a single purchase only.
- It cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any prevailing offer or discount.
- Kindly present your Emirates ID at the time of redemption, the winner needs to be present.
- The voucher cannot be encashed or transferred.
- Only original vouchers will be accepted. The Voucher, if mutilated, tampered, or damaged, will not be accepted. The Voucher if lost will not be replaced.
- Continued participation in the promotional offer following any amendments to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of these changes.
- Participants understand that entering the campaign does not create a bonding relationship between the Participants and the Organisers.
- The Organisers, companies and associated entities are respectively the exclusive owners of all copies, text, software, graphics, logos, images, designs, all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights or property rights and all rights associated with the promotion.
- These terms and conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates. This promotion may be cancelled by the Company at any time during the term.
- The Terms, together with any other notices posted by the Organisers on the Website and/or advertising material relating to the Promotion, constitute the entire terms governing the relationship between the Participants and the Organisers in relation to participation in the Promotion.
- This promotion is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
